Global Director of Sales

Do you have a flair for hotel sales? We are happy to be expanding and are looking for our next  remote sales team member to join HWF Hotels.

What to Expect 

  • Provide sales support to 4-6 multi-branded or independent hotels.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed hotel’s sales goals.
  • Prospect new accounts in the local market and increase market share from existing accounts
  • Develop relationships and accurately document/trace sales calls in CRM. 
  • Drive ROI for hotels and create/innovate additional value for each assigned hotel
  • Lead weekly sales calls with assigned properties. 

Role Requirements 

  • Minimum 3 years hotel sales experience
  • Creative capacity to find ways to generate sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive communication skills and ability to effectively communicate your value and results to your hotels.
  • Must be a collaborative team player eager to contribute and learn from others
  • Aptitude for and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment seeking continuous improvement
  • Can be located anywhere in Canada or US, may require some travel.

Hotel Sales Expert, Remote Sales

Lead Development Specialist

Do you have a flair for digging for hotel business? We are happy to be expanding and are looking for our next  remote leads development specialist team member to join HWF Hotels. This role is project based and is not considered a "full-time" role.

  • Position is fully remote minus HWF Annual Meeting
  • Work in a fun, fast-paced environment with our team of GDOSs
  • Project based role

  • Provide per diem support as assigned by Director of Leads Optimization
  • Complete agreed upon cold calls and research as dictated by assigned project
  • Weekly check in meetings with direct supervisor to discuss projects and assistance
  • Potentially sitting on weekly sales calls as dictated by project
  • Drive ROI for hotels and create/innovate additional value for each assigned hotel
  • Weekly check ins with assigned GDOS to discuss lead project

Role Requirements 

  • Minimum 2 years hotel experience
